Ryan Stadler began his teaching career at Jefferson Academy in 1999 in a 4th grade classroom on the elementary campus and enters his first year as the secondary principal. Over the past 24 years, he has worked in a variety of roles for JA in addition to serving other communities including the founding principal of Community Leadership Academy; District 14's first charter school and a part of Jeffco's leadership team as the principal at Campbell Elementary. Mr. Stadler earned his Bachelor of Science with a specialization in sports marketing from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, where he met his wife, Theresa. He has a daughter who graduated from JA in 2023 and two other current JA students.

The Assistant Principal is Mrs. Marti Porreco. She is also the Activities Director for the Junior High and High Schools. Mrs. Porreco received her B.A. in Journalism and Telecommunication from the University of Wyoming. She earned her Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix and earned her principal licensure through the Principal Institute LLC. Mrs. Porreco has been at JA since August 2005.

Dan Quaratino will be in his first year as Assistant Principal/Athletic Director to the Jefferson Academy. The last 16 years as Assistant Principal, he has worked both the high school and middle school settings. During this time as Assistant Principal he has worked in various communities. Of the past 16 years, the last 7 years he has served as Athletic Director.  As Athletic Director Dan believes in benefiting those who they serve and building walking trophies. Dan is very excited and humbled to be working with the JA community.

Kyrie Adams is the Director of Student Support Services. Kyrie earned her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and taught in the greater DC area for many years before moving to Colorado. She earned her Master of Arts in School & Community Counseling at Denver Seminary, and joined the JA team in 2010 as the School Counselor. Kyrie was named to the Administrative team in 2020.
