Eitan Fire

Mr. Fire grew up in Boulder, Colorado where he attended Foothill Elementary, Centennial Middle School and Boulder High School. He attended  St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico for his undergraduate studies.

He continued to pursue his interest in becoming a teacher by working at the Santa Fe Children's Museum and at the Boys & Girls Club. He lived in Oregon with his wife for several years where he earned a Masters in Teaching at Lewis & Clark College. Mr. Fire moved back to Colorado in 2010 and has worked as a classroom teacher as well as a software engineer since that time. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, his dog Remi and his cats Rosie and Parsley.

Meg Luceri

With over 25 years of teaching experience, Ms. Luceri has been a part of the JA community since the 2004 school year.

Ms. Luceri, a native of New York, earned a B.A. in Mass Communications with a minor in Fine Arts from Iona University. After a year of work in the music industry, she realized her true calling was education and went on to complete an M.S. in Education from Mercy College. 

When she is not in the classroom, Ms. Luceri maintains an active life centered on wellness. As a former four-year NCAA Division-1 soccer player at Iona University, she now channels her passion for movement as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, regularly teaching and practicing yoga. When she is not at school or on her mat, you can find Ms. Luceri spending quality time with her beloved dogs Olive and Maple, catching a concert, or immersing herself in nature.
