The boys soccer team takes on Pueblo Central at 6:00pm in the 1st Round of the State Playoffs.
Activity passes and Metro passes will be accepted at the game. Tickets are $7 for Adults and $5 for students.

Tonight marks the opening of the High School Drama Club's "12 Incompetent Jurors" performance. Doors open at 6:30pm tonight and tomorrow. Show is at 7:00pm.

Attention JA families! 📢
You may have received a message from Jefferson County Schools with a reminder that students do not have school tomorrow, Friday, September 20th. However, our students WILL have school tomorrow. Jefferson Academy students will not have school on Friday, September 27th instead.
As a reminder, JA campuses have their own approved calendars that are not always exactly aligned with Jeffco Public Schools. Please refer to the approved family calendars, which can be found on our websites. If you have questions, please contact your campus front office.
Did you purchase an Activity Pass for your student? If so, please encourage them to stop by the main office to get their sticker! Students will need their Activity Pass sticker for home games and any other after-school activity that has an admission price.
The Paw Patrol is out!
Starting today, we will be monitoring the school's parking lot for parking permits. If your student does not have a parking sticker, they will receive a warning ticket. After the warning ticket, fines will be given per the required parking permit form.
If your student has not filled out the parking permit form, it's located in the main office. The parking fee can be paid online via the Infinite Campus parent portal or in person to Mr. Melville.

CURRICULUM NIGHT AT SECONDARY!
On Monday, August 26th, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, join us for a community event where we will discuss the school's identity and our hopes and desires for your student. The event is open to all Secondary families - new and returning.
The evening will begin with an all-community presentation about our school and then break into academic departments where teachers will be able to share what your student's experiences will be throughout their educational careers at Secondary.
This event is not meant for families to meet specifically with your student's teachers, but rather learn more about each department as a whole, and what their mission for student learning will look like while attending Secondary.

Tonight is the night!
Come out and meet the Secondary team at our Open House. From 3:00pm - 6:00pm, we'll open our doors to our new and returning families for a quick meet-n-greet. Students will be able to walk about the school, meet different teachers and staff, and see what we're all about!
Worried about dinner plans? Chef Stadler and Chef Quaratino will be behind the grill tossing burgers and hot dogs. Watch out Top Chef, these Jags know how to run a grill.

We hope that you're getting everything in its right place before the 14th. To assist you with daily scheduling, here are the 2024-2025 daily schedules for Secondary. The school doors will open daily at 7:20am. On late starts, the doors will open at 9:30am.
If you are wondering if things are still broken in the world of Infinite Campus...they are. As soon as we hear from the district, we'll let you know! Thank you again for your patience and cooperation as we continue to address the situation.
For those who may need to reach someone in the main office, here are the hours for the rest of this week:
Today until 3:00pm
Wednesday/Thursday: Closed from 8:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: Open from 8:00am - 3:00pm
The main office returns to normal hours starting Monday, August 12th, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

The 2024 Fall Sports Registration is NOW OPEN!
Registration is open from July 29th to August 9th at 3:00pm. In order to participate in any fall sport, student-athletes must be registered and have a current sports physical. You will not be able to participate in practice or games without a physical.
