Hand Washing Instructions

The Secondary campus has been experiencing a spike in illnesses over the past few weeks.  As a reminder, if your student has a fever of 100 degrees or more, they should remain home until they are fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT medication.  Students should also stay home for 24 hours after the last episode of vomiting or diarrhea.  Students with a cough that is uncontrolled should also remain home until the cough is managed.

If you're questioning whether your student is too sick or not, please refer to this document from the Colorado Department of Health, How Sick is Too Sick?

One of the best ways to prevent getting sick is to WASH YOUR HANDS!

Washing Hands is Good!
